Dayna has been teaching children's fitness for over 20 years. She created FIT KIDZ, a play based and skillfully planned movement education class to promote a positive and healthy experience for young children. After discovering her own love of yoga, Dayna began to incorporate yoga into her FIT KIDZ classes. She soon realized, kids love the exploration of yoga.
Dayna sees the potential in all children. She is sensitive in selecting, modifying and creating physical activities to meet ALL developmental needs.
